The levels and mountainous changes of phenolic compounds in olive leaves were determined. Endogenous phenolic compounds have different effects, especially on the alternative bedding and rooting of steels.
The plant materials were collected from the collection located at the Bornova Olive Research Institute. Some important Turkish olive varieties have been selected from this collection. (Domat, Derik Halter, Gemlik, Ayvalık, Memecik, Kilis Yağlik, Nizip Yağlik, Rabbit Heart, Sarı Ulak, Uslu, Manzanilla, from Spain. TLC analysis methods were used for phenolic compounds and the results were examined qualitatively.
