He has designed and implemented the transformation of a 300,000 square meters lignite field into an olive grove. Consultancy for olive cultivation and olive oil production is provided by Assoc. At Zetay production facilities, which have the capacity to produce 30,000 liters of early harvest extra virgin olive oil annually, the pressing and separation processes are carried out using physical methods without the use of any chemical substances.
