In semi-arid conditions, olives (Olea europaea L.) molecular, morphological and fat composition variability

The analysis of PCR products was carried out using simple matching coefficient and UPGMA clustering. In order to make a distinction between the Ayvalık variety, which is moderately resistant to drought, primers were determined and used. The Deciency of RAPD models showed the biological diversity between the samples. Genetic variability was also subjected to pomological and biochemical analyses to support and determine genetic variability.
